Sizes are as follows:
Small: 28-30" Waist
Medium: 32-34" Waist
Large: 36-38" Waist
XL: 40-42" Waist
2xl: 44-46” Waist
 
Please understand that the sizes are based on the waist.  If your recipient is particularly well endowed or has a bigger buttock, it may be necessary to size up.  
 
Shipping is from Canada but with a courier who ships USPS to American residents to keep the costs down as well as a quicker delivery speed of 3-5 days (when shipped). Canadian residents have it shipped via letter mail to reduce costs. This does not provide tracking however and takes approximately 10 days to arrive although during holiday season it takes longer (Dec, Valentines day etc).
